There is a feed mill in Urozhai, LLP with a capacity of 10 tons per hour (240 tons per day). Providing livestock with balanced feed increases the weight gain and milk yield. The company produces custom-made mixed fodder according to individual recipes, adapted to the customer's animals. The human factor is minimized here: smart machines do everything automatically, the weighing unit feeds raw materials with gram accuracy.

One of the priorities of Agrofirma TNK, LLP group of companies is cattle breeding. It includes meat and dairy cattle breeding.

A sophisticated management system of efficient livestock breeding, which covers both relevant methods of feeding and caring for the health of cattle and the development of breeds properly adapted to specific production conditions, allows the breeding of the following cattle breeds: black-and-white, Kazakh Whiteheaded, Angus, Hereford.

A focused effort to improve the genetic potential of livestock is being conducted in cooperation with scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All livestock are registered in the national livestock systems IAS (information-analytical system) and ISO (livestock information system).

The company successfully operates three slaughterhouses equipped with tools from the American company Jarvis, a world leader in the production and sales of slaughterhouse equipment, with cameras for precooling meat and deep freezing.

Dairy products are made only from natural cow's milk of our own dairy farm, they contain all the necessary components: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, which are well balanced and easily digestible. The key to high quality milk production is a correct approach to the organization of feeding, housing, milking cows and compliance with established hygiene rules and regulation. Before entering the production facility, the milk is thoroughly processed and then, at each technological stage, there is a full range of control measures.

Under the International Standards of Food Quality and Safety, Agrofirma TNK, LLP successfully introduces new technologies to goods production and packaging. It improves the production process and increases the reliability of control systems.

The meat processing plant produces up to 1,000 kilograms of meat per day. We use only meat from animals raised on our own farms at Agrofirma TNK, LLP as raw materials. We do not use meat substitutes, flavor enhancers, conservants or ready-to-feed mixtures. A strict product policy ensures that only natural ingredients are used.

The product range consists of: sausage products, canned beef and horse meat stew, canned pates, dumplings, cutlets and other types of semi-finished products.

The entire production process is performed in compliance with all sanitary and veterinary requirements.
